Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Text and controls meet the minimum contrast ratios, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Pages reflow on small screens and tables stack into readable lists.
- Headings, landmarks, labels and the language of each page are marked up so screen readers can announce them.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- The site is available in English and French, each with its own address.
Known limits
Some links lead to documents on university and school websites, such as PDF credit charts. We do not control those documents, and some may not be fully accessible. If you cannot read one, contact the university or school, or ask us and we will help you find the information.
