About this site
Privacy notice
This website collects as little as it can. The short version: only what you type into the contact form, and no tracking.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type, and the topic you choose. That is all.
How we use it
The form sends your message by email to the PAIBWS President, Kim Buglass, who replies to you. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it. The website does not store your message. It travels through Google's Gmail mail servers, which may be outside Canada. A copy stays in the sent mail of the website's operator and in the President's inbox until each of them deletes it. No deletion date is set.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and loads nothing from other websites. Links to Google Maps, school websites, universities and the IB open those sites in a new tab. Their privacy practices are their own.
Hosting
The site is hosted and maintained by Project Weve and delivered through Cloudflare's network. Like any web host, they can see technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, which they use to keep the site secure and running. Pages may be served from servers outside Canada.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, send a message or write to buglassk@spsd.sk.ca. We pass deletion requests to the website's operator, who deletes the copy in their sent mail.
